Controversial porn star Stormy Daniels has been awarded joint custody of her seven-year-old daughter Caiden, after initially being ordered to stay away from the child and her estranged husband Glendon Crain.
The porn star, 39, was not in Kaufman, Texas, this morning to hear the decision and is due on stage at a New Jersey strip club tonight.
Stagehand and former drummer Crain, 41, also skipped court but after the hearing, his lawyer Rothwell Pool told DailyMail.com that Daniels – real name Stephanie Clifford – and Crain had been able to come together and 'agree on all the issues'.
Pool said: 'Thankfully the parties have been able to come together and agree on all the issues that were pending with this court.
'Everyone is happy and now we can focus no longer on fussing but amicably raising that child together and hopefully do the right thing.'

Crain (pictured leaving a Texas court in July) had filed for a restraining order protecting him and his daughter against Daniels last month, and claimed he hadn't seen his wife for more than two months and was concerned over her wish to take their young daughter on tour
Although the couple have agreed to share custody of Caiden, Pool said there remain 'limitations' on where the child is allowed to travel after Crain declared himself 'remarkably against' her being taken on the road with her mother during a hearing on July 27.
Explaining the terms of the visitation rights agreed on and presented to Judge Casey Blair, Pool added: 'There are certain limitations in the order that keep the child close to home.
'There is now an agreement with terms acceptable to everyone and now we think we can focus on the child and stop fussing with these less important things.
'The little girl is going to go to school in Forney, be with her dad probably the better part of the time but the parents have joint custody.'
Prior to today's hearing, Daniels had been banned from going to the former family home, a $298,000 detached property in Forney, Texas, and from using either of Crain's cars: a silver BMW 3 series and a 2018 Cadillac XTS sedan.
She was also prohibited from causing bodily harm to either Crain or the couple's seven-year-old daughter Caiden and from allowing the little girl to spend any time with 'adult performers'.
Crain, himself an ex-porn star, filed for divorce on July 19 and gave the reason for the split as adultery on his wife's part.
In court on July 27, the 41-year-old claimed he had not seen his wife for more than two months and had 'no idea' of her whereabouts.
He told Judge Blair, 40, that she had spent just seven days at home in the last five months and said he had enjoyed exclusive custody of daughter Caiden since March – with Daniels's only contact coming in the form of sporadic phone calls.
Crain also said he was 'remarkably concerned' about Daniels's wish to have the little girl join her on tour and, when asked by his lawyer Rothwell Pool if he believed the tour would provide 'a wholesome environment' for the child, answered with an emphatic no.

The 41-year-old's legal team told Judge Blair that they had been unable to find Daniels and serve her with divorce papers but told DailyMail.com that they had finally been able to do so this week – delivering them to her on August 4.
Daniels has stayed largely silent on the subject of her divorce and although her legal team initially asked for privacy, posted a cryptic comment on Twitter on July 24 that read: 'I don't need or want privacy. I want truth. And it will come out. I'm not afraid.'
Her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, described Crain's adultery allegations as 'absolutely false' in a statement to DailyMail.com shortly after the divorce was announced.
Last week, he denied sleeping with Daniels in a radio interview and insisted that he sees the porn star as being 'like a sister'.
Rumors that the marriage, Daniels's third, had been circulating since her arrest on July 11 in Ohio for motorboating an undercover cop with her breasts.
On the arrest report, Daniels listed herself as single – a full eight days before Crain filed for divorce.
July 11 is also listed on the divorce papers as the date on which the couple ceased living together.
Daniels married Crain, her third husband, on November 25 2015. Shortly before they wed, Crain was arrested on domestic violence charges after she accused him of shoving her to the floor.
The charges against Crain, who has worked as a porn actor under the name Brandon Miller and as a drummer in a rock band in the past, were ultimately dropped in March 2018.
The same month Daniels appeared on CBS to discuss her alleged 2006 affair with President Trump, telling the show: 'He knows I'm telling the truth'.
She added: 'This is not a Me Too. I was not a victim' but did tell interviewer Lesley Gifford of an incident in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2011 in which she claims she was threatened over the incident.
Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was paid $130,000 days before the 2016 Presidential election for her silence but has been seeking to invalidate the agreement in recent months and has made a series of court appearances in New York and Los Angeles to that end.
She is also due in court over a separate legal matter filed on July 13 over her alleged defamation of three-day eventer Ellen Doughty-Hume.
The complaint in that case relates to what Doughty-Hume's lawyer described to DailyMail.com as a campaign of abuse waged over social media over the death of a horse belonging to Daniels named Bailey.
The gray gelding died in a freak flash flood in June 2015 – which Daniels claimed was the result of Doughty-Hume deliberately leaving the animal in a flooded pasture. The equestrienne, 33, denies the allegation.
