The 42-year-old rapper was spotted looking happy and healthy while out and about in Fort Lauderdale, Florida earlier this week.

The Magnificent hitmaker definitely seemed to be in high spirits as he happily posed with a big smile on his face on the outing with his mom. 

According to TMZ on Thursday, Ross - real name William Leonard Roberts - is in the process of a child support agreement with the mother to his children.

Their relationship has been contentious as they have been bickering over social media for months. 

Rick Ross said he was glad to be home in an Instagram post on Thursday following his recent hospitalization.

The 42-year-old rapper shared a black-and-white photo of himself from behind wearing a jacket reading Black Bottle Boys while holding a bottle of Luc Belaire rosé.

Ross in the caption wrote: 'Ain't nothing like home. I love y'all - WLR'.

The rapper returned to his Florida home on Monday after being hospitalized for four days for a suspected heart attack.

Emergency responders were called to the rapper's home in Davie, Florida about 3:30 a.m. on March 1 by someone who said a person in distress was 'not breathing right'. 

'I have a friend of mine, at his house, he's breathing hard and throwing up. I need an ambulance here ASAP,' a friend told emergency responders in a 911 call obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.

'I know he's had seizures before. He took his medicine earlier, but he's not breathing right,' he said in the call.

 Ross's friend, whose name is withheld in the call, struggled to find the rapper's address as he spoke to emergency services.

The panicked man looked around for mail inside the home before heading outside to find the street name and house number.

The caller said that Ross had a history of seizures and that when he tried to wake the rapper, he was 'slobbing out the mouth'.

Ross due to the medical emergency reportedly delayed the Sweet 16 birthday bash for his daughter Toie that was scheduled to be held on March 17 at Casa Casuarina, formerly the Versace Mansion.

The rapper in the past has thrown elaborate parties for his eldest daughter including celebrations with performers such as Rich Homie Quan, Trina, Meek Mill and Ace Hood.

There has been no word yet of a new date for the birthday party.
