There's no doubt Home And Away characters Ricky Sharpe and Dr Nate Cooper are enjoying their loved-up honeymoon period after tying the knot on the Channel Seven show.

But on Monday night's episode of the popular Australian soap, it looks like a night of fiery romance for the Summer Bay newlyweds takes an unexpected turn. 

In a preview clip for the episode, actor Kyle Pryor, who plays Dr Nate, is seen completely nude, while Bonnie Sveen, who plays Ricky, rushes out from the bedroom while wrapped up in sheets.

The amusing incident occurs when Kyle's character Nate is seen placing a bottle of wine on the table while walking across to a book shelf with just a maroon towel wrapped around his waist. 

The shirtless hunk turns to face the shelf, but when John Palmer, played by Shane Withington, appears in the doorway with his bags, his towel just happens to slip off and John is treated to quite a view. 

An understandably started Nate yells, before covering his nether regions with his hands.

Needless to say, John is just as stunned, the Summer Bay favourite completely speechless after witnessing the embarrassing moment. 

'Are you alright,' Ricky is heard projecting from the bedroom.

And while Nate says he is, the mother-of-one still insists on running out to check on her beau.

Simply sporting a set of light blue bed sheets wrapped around her, the blonde beauty is clearly shocked by John's presence and places her hand over her mouth.

Nate then quickly grabs the wine bottle sitting on the table nearby, and uses that to cover his privates. 

The official Home And Away Twitter page shared a frame from the video on Monday, along with the caption: 'So this happens tonight on #HomeAndAway'.

Just recently Nate and Ricky tied the knot on the Channel Seven drama, the characters surrounded by some of Summer Bay's favourites.
