Poor Things star Emma Stone's charming Los Angeles compound has been snatched up by a buyer less than 10 days after it was listed for $3.95 million.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom estate is nestled in the suburbs of Comstock Hills in Westwood, an upscale neighborhood bounded by Sunset Boulevard to the north and the Los Angeles Country Club to the east.

The 35-year-old actress paid $2.3 million for the house in 2019, according to property records. The main residence and guesthouse span a combined 3,276 square feet, all situated on 0.15 acres.

Listing agent Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty said Stone added the guesthouse and renovated the main house, expanding the kitchen while leaving original details unchanged.

The two-story home was built in 1926 and has 'character in all the right places,' according to the listing, which stresses its privacy and proximity to Century City shopping.

The home features moss-green accents on the doorframes and shutters, plus a red shingled roof that perfectly contrasts the crisp white exterior paint.

A tiled patio outside is framed by lush foliage, and the driveway is tucked away behind a double swinging wooden gate.

The front door opens to a sun-soaked entryway. To the left is a staircase with a wrought-iron handrail.

The living room features cheery green accents and a built-in fireplace. Several rooms have vaulted ceilings and bountiful windows throughout let the light in.

The updated kitchen includes an island girding a small sitting area and beyond, a door leading to a tiled deck that overlooks the grassy backyard.

The kitchen is separated from a downstairs bedroom by a red French door. Two additional bedrooms can be found upstairs, with additional space to accommodate a baby nursery.

One bathroom features a clawfoot tub and separate tiled shower, built-in vanity and dual mirrors.

Despite its sleek modern touches, the house has its quirks, like a smaller bathroom with blue-and-white floral wallpaper and a bright green sink.

The cozy guesthouse includes its own kitchen, den and bedroom suite with laundry -'perfect for extended stays for family and friends or a well-appointed office,' the listing declares.

Prior to its sale - for an undisclosed amount - Stone had been using the Westwood home only for occasional stays when she and her family were in Los Angeles.

In 2018, the 35-year-old actress closed on a Manhattan apartment for $3.56 million. This was followed by a home in Austin, Texas, in 2021.

Stone's standout performance earned her an Oscar nod for Best Leading Actress alongside the film's nomination for Best Picture - she also served as a producer.

Following the announcement Tuesday morning, the 35-year-old issued a statement to the media.

'I am beyond grateful to the Academy for including me as both an actress and producer among this group of exceptional nominees and for recognizing our film in so many categories,' Stone said.

'The team of artists who contributed to "Poor Things" gave it everything and I am forever thankful for the opportunity to play Bella and see the world through her eyes. She has shown me that life is so much more than just sugar and violence.'

The news comes just one week after Stone won Best Actress at the Critics' Choice Movie Awards. Her upcoming roles include another Lanthimos film, Kinds of Kindness.
