  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 2-qt. oval baking dish. In large bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, scallions, dill and pepper.
  • Tear croissants into 4 pieces each; tear salmon into 1″–2″ pieces. Add croissants, salmon and cheese to egg mixture; toss until combined. Transfer to baking dish.
  • Bake until no longer wet in center, about 35 min. Top with tomatoes. If desired, garnish with additional dill sprigs.
